We are seeking a dynamic, sales-minded professional for a hybrid Front Desk and Sales role. This is a part-time position perfect for someone with a proven track record in sales (inbound, hospitality, or real estate) who enjoys interacting with clients face-to-face while actively driving revenue through office and virtual office memberships.
Office Evolution Hillsboro is a leading virtual office, coworking and executive suites provider. Our business center is filled with successful entrepreneurs and professionals, in a shared workspace environment. We strive to build a community within the center, based on supportive relationships between our members, guests, employees and owners.
Your time will be split between front desk hospitality, driving workspace growth through relationship building, lead management and closing deals. This position is 20-25 hours per week and includes a base hourly wage plus a bonus structure tied to utilization, retention and new sales targets. Although we strive to maintain consistent working hour schedules, some flexibility will be required based on business needs.
A successful candidate loves interacting with people, feels fulfilled when they are able to provide a helping hand and seeks to brighten the day of those around them. Sales experience is a must, with the ability to actively listen, ask probing questions, understand the prospects specific needs or pain points and put together a solution that directly solves their problem and naturally guides them to close the deal.
Key Responsibilities
Front Desk & Community Hospitality
- Welcome arriving members and guests with a warm and helpful attitude
- Answer phone calls and manage the main email inbox
- Maintain the tidiness of common areas and meeting rooms after guests depart
- Assist members with day-to-day needs to ensure an excellent workspace experience
- Comfort with technology and ability to help members and guests with wifi, external monitors, zoom meetings, audio/video setup and multifunction printer usage
- Actively look for and recognize opportunities to help members and provide administrative services
- Stay connected with the broader coworking industry to bring fresh trends and ideas to our space
Sales, CRM, & Workspace Growth
- Manage the CRM system, ensuring all leads are tracked and updated
- Follow up with warm leads via phone, text and email using a consultative sales approach
- Focus on increasing the utilization of our meeting rooms through targeted outreach and local promotion
- Actively work to fill available office spaces, secure new coworking memberships, and add virtual office users
- Meet monthly booking and membership targets to earn performance-based bonuses
Mail Operations & Marketing Support
- Learn and execute all mail and package handling procedures to support our primary mail coordinator
- Assist with minor social media marketing tasks as needed
- Occasionally attend local marketing events, such as chamber meetings or meetups, to promote our offerings and build new relationships
