Responsibilities:
- Maintain a high level of service.
- Assist guests courteously, efficiently, and professionally at all times
- Accurately enter guest information into computer software system to make reservations, check in guests, post charges, and check out guests.
- Answer phones warmly and quickly
- Communicate effectively with guests and team members
- Maintain full knowledge of hotel safety and emergency procedures
- Maintain clean and comfortable lobby areas
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Prior hospitality or customer service experience is a plus
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to remain professional in a fast-paced environment
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Flexibility to work varied shifts including afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
