We are seeking motivated and detail-oriented Plumber and Plumber Assistants to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing plumbing systems across residential and commercial properties. Your expertise will ensure that water systems operate efficiently, adhere to local building codes, and meet customer expectations. Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems including water supply lines, drainage, and waste disposal in residential and commercial settings
- Use hand tools, power tools, pipe threading equipment, and plumbing inspection cameras to diagnose issues and execute repairs effectively
- Perform drain cleaning using specialized tools and techniques to clear blockages and ensure proper flow
- Interpret technical drawings, schematics, blueprints, and construction plans to accurately execute plumbing installations and repairs
- Conduct routine maintenance on plumbing systems to prevent future issues and extend system lifespan
- Operate company vehicles safely while transporting tools, materials, or personnel to job sites in compliance with local driving laws
- Collaborate with team members on remodeling projects or construction site tasks requiring carpentry or handyman skills
- Adhere strictly to local building codes, safety regulations, and industry best practices during all work activities
Requirements
- Proven construction experience with a focus on plumbing or related trades; prior experience in residential or commercial plumbing preferred
- Ability to interpret technical drawings, schematics, and blueprints accurately
- Mechanical knowledge of water systems, HVAC components, pipe threading, and plumbing system maintenance
- Skilled in using hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, pipe threading machines, and plumbing inspection cameras
- Familiarity with drainage systems, schematics reading, blueprint interpretation, and schematics understanding
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly with clients and team members
- Physical ability for heavy lifting, working at heights or confined spaces, and performing manual tasks over extended periods
- Valid driver’s license with experience operating company vehicles safely; commercial driving license a plus
- Basic math skills for measurements and calculations related to installation projects
- Additional handyman experience such as remodeling or assembly work is advantageous
