Tron Solar is growing fast, and we are looking for someone who takes pride in helping people. Our Customer Service team is the voice of Tron — the first call customers make when they have questions and the last one they remember when their system goes live.
This role is about ownership, communication, and consistency. You will handle incoming support emails, answer inbound calls, and reach out proactively to update customers on project timelines, scheduling, and next steps. When issues arise, you will work directly with our operations and scheduling teams to find solutions and keep customers informed every step of the way.
The right person for this role thrives in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities. You are organized, process-driven, and use notes and tools to make sure no follow-up or detail slips through the cracks. You can balance multiple moving parts such as scheduling updates, inbound calls, service tickets, and escalations without losing focus or composure. You know how to communicate clearly and work collaboratively with every department to ensure that information is accurate, aligned, and timely.
You understand that customer service is not just about closing tickets. It is about how people feel when they hang up the phone. Your performance is measured not only by resolution speed but by the satisfaction you leave behind and the five-star reviews you help earn.
