Legal Physical File Clerk
Family Law Firm looking for full-time legal file clerk for expanded Roseville location.
Monday - Friday 8:30am-5:00PM in Office
Position responsibilities may include the following:
- Assist the Managing File Clerk in physical filling of legal documents
- Covering reception for breaks/sick days/vacations, as needed
- Preparing client folders for new clients
- Updating table of contents
- Managing intake documents
- Maintaining client files so they are court ready
Ideal candidate must be organized and focused , friendly and capable of following firm processes independently with minimal oversight. While the daily tasks can be repetitive, this role is vital to our firm's success. You may be the first point of contact for clients, so you must be comfortable handling front desk duties and answering phone calls in addition to the filing work.

Pay: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour

Experience:
