Position Highlights & Daily Responsibilities
- Nurturing Infant Care: Follow feeding, nap, and routine schedules while providing plenty of hands-on affection and comfort.
- Milestone Engagement: Lead age-appropriate play and tummy time to encourage motor skills and early development.
- Light Household Help: Handle baby laundry, load/unload the dishwasher, keep child spaces tidy, and assist with occasional parent laundry.
- Pet-Friendly Home: Enjoy working around a friendly, loving Goldendoodle.
- Work-from-Home Household: Comfortable working alongside Dad (WFH full-time) and Mom (WFH occasionally).
Requirements & Qualifications
- Age: 18+ years old.
- Experience: 2+ years of professional childcare/babysitting experience (strong infant experience required).
- Certifications: CPR & First Aid certified (or willing to obtain upon hire).
- Transport: Valid driver's license and reliable personal vehicle.
- Vetting: Ability to pass a comprehensive background check and provide 2 professional childcare references.
- Soft Skills: Patient, mature, warm, highly dependable, and a strong communicator.
