Nolia is an upscale restaurant and bar concept in Centennial. Louisiana and European Tapas with a large charcuterie menu. The bar is a full bar (awesome cocktail program!) with an exceptional wine list. We are family owned and operated. If the below describes you - join our team and let us take care of you while you take care of our guests.
OUR CORE VALUES
- Always be kind.
- Our team is a family.
- Equality and inclusion are everything. This is a SAFE SPACE.
- The best people create the best environment.
- The best ingredients make the best food, which makes the happiest clients.
OUR CONCEPT
- Tapas - Louisiana and European Style Tapas and a 100+ item a la carte charcuterie menu. Think sushi menu, but with incredible cheeses, meats, jams, spreads, nuts, fruits, breads, crackers.
- Thoughtful, extremely flavorful tapas with surprising, high-end and local ingredients.
- This simplistic kitchen menu means that team members are not dealing with hot fryer oil, cleaning stinky flat-tops, and disposing of grill ash. This concept is clean and not a smelly, greasy kitchen.
- Full bar, extensive, esoteric wine list, happy hour every day.
OUR TEAM PHILOSOPHY
- All of our team members are equally important to the running of the business.
- We strive to be an employer of choice, and we treat our team accordingly.
- We focus on equality in the workplace, and we pay the team very transparently.
- We offer excellent health insurance and paid time off for our full time team members.
- Schedules in the restaurant can be flexible, and work around other obligations.
- Team members will enjoy a meal daily, as well as a shift drink. Employees will also enjoy a discount at our other brands.
ABOUT THE JOB
- Our menu concept is simplistic, but high-end.
- Our clientele is higher-end and not typically price-sensitive.
- Average guest check expectation is $48-60 per person at dinner.
- Our pay rate is beginning at $18 an hour plus tips for all team, and a full time team member can expect to make between 48-60K easily.
- Our front of house staff will be cross trained behind the bar, as a wine specialist, and as a cheese expert! FOH house staff will work as a team throughout shift. FOH and BOH teams are cross trained to be able to jump in where needed on busy nights.
- Our shifts will begin around 2-5 pm and we close at 9:30 or 10:30 - leaving at typically 1030-1130.
- We do everything we can to make the job easy. Great equipment. Upgraded tools. Fancy bar dishwashers and no 3-compartment sinks. ALL the tools to make your job more efficiently accomplished so you can spend more time doing what you love, and less doing the tedious stuff that comes along with it.
