Duties
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Assist customers with product selection, upselling additional products and services where appropriate.
- Manage the sales pipeline effectively, tracking leads and following up on potential sales opportunities.
- Utilize CRM software to maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Conduct outbound sales calls to prospective clients, presenting our offerings and negotiating terms.
- Provide support in inventory management and control, ensuring product availability for customers.
- Engage in public speaking opportunities to promote products at events or within the dealership environment.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance overall customer experience and streamline processes.
- Maintain knowledge of current promotions, product features, and industry trends to effectively communicate with customers.
Experience
Candidates should possess a background that includes:
- Experience in customer service or retail sales environments.
- Familiarity with B2B sales processes and high-end sales techniques is preferred.
- Proficiency in CRM software for managing customer relationships effectively.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Experience in automobile sales or dealership settings is a plus.
- Multilingual or bilingual capabilities are highly desirable to cater to a diverse clientele.
