Job Overview
We are seeking highly reliable Independent Delivery Drivers / Owner Operators to join our team providing final-mile delivery services. This opportunity is ideal for motivated individuals who own a Sprinter Van or Mini Van and are committed to providing dependable, professional service.
Drivers will complete a mix of residential (approximately 70%) and commercial business (approximately 30%) deliveries throughout assigned service areas. This position requires strong time management, attention to detail, and excellent reliability.
Schedule
Monday – Saturday Saturday availability is mandatory Start time begins at 6:30am.
Compensation $150–$250+ per day. (Pay based on route volume and performance)
Vehicle Requirements To be considered, applicants must own and operate one of the following:
- Sprinter Van
- Cargo Van
- Mini Van
Duties
- Safely and efficiently deliver packages to residential and commercial customers
- Load, organize, and unload packages for route completion
- Follow optimized delivery routes and schedules
- Maintain professionalism and excellent customer service
- Use our smartphone delivery application to complete stops and proof of delivery
- Lift, carry, and move packages weighing up to 60 lbs
Skills
- Proven experience as a delivery driver or courier, with a strong focus on route driving and customer interaction.
- Familiarity with warehouse operations, including loading, unloading, and inventory management.
- Ability to operate heavy equipment such as pallet jacks safely; certification is a plus.
- Excellent driving skills with knowledge of local roads and traffic patterns in <LOCATION>.
- Physical ability to handle heavy lifting and moving tasks regularly throughout the shift.
- Strong organizational skills for load planning and route management.

Requirements
- Must own a Sprinter Van, Cargo Van, or Mini Van
- Valid driver’s license (required) with a clean driving record (preferred)
- Ability to lift up to 60 pounds repeatedly
- Must possess a reliable iPhone or Android smartphone with a strong data plan
- Delivery applications require dependable device performance and connectivity
- Comfortable using GPS and delivery apps
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Reliability & Attendance Expectations
This position depends on dependable drivers to service customer routes daily. Last-minute call-outs, repeated attendance issues, or reliability concerns may result in removal from routes or termination of the contract.
