Responsibilities
- Engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable products or services.
- Drive company vehicles along designated routes, ensuring timely delivery and customer interactions.
- Utilize strong communication skills to explain product features, pricing options, and promotional offers clearly.
- Conduct merchandising activities to display products attractively and maintain store standards.
- Identify opportunities for upselling additional products or services to maximize sales potential.
- Handle heavy lifting of product inventory safely and efficiently during deliveries or stock replenishments.
- Maintain organized records of sales transactions, route schedules, and customer interactions for optimal service delivery.
Experience
- Prior experience in sales, customer service, or retail environments is preferred but not required; enthusiasm and a proactive attitude are key!
- Valid commercial driver’s license with a clean driving record; experience with route driving is a plus.
- Strong math skills for pricing calculations, inventory management, and sales reporting.
- Knowledge of merchandising techniques and ability to perform heavy lifting safely.
- Excellent communication skills to connect with customers and team members effectively.
- Organizational skills to manage routes efficiently and keep detailed records.

Pay: $25,000.00 - $66,457.09 per year
