FOOD PRODUCTION ASSOCIATE
Pay: $16.50–$18.00 per hour, based on experience
Schedule: Full-time day shift, approximately 8:00 AM–4:00 PM
Location: Rochester, NY 14623
Work Setting: In person
ABOUT THE ROLE
Lean Life Manufacturing is hiring Food Production Associates to help portion, assemble, package, and prepare meals for distribution.
No food manufacturing experience is required. We are looking for dependable team members who can follow instructions, work efficiently, and maintain quality and food safety standards.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Portion and assemble prepared meals
- Package, seal, and label finished products
- Check products for accuracy and quality
- Follow recipes, instructions, and production standards
- Keep workstations clean, organized, and stocked
- Follow food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety procedures
- Work with your team to meet daily production goals
- Assist with other production tasks as needed
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- Dependable attendance and a strong work ethic
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Willingness to work as part of a team
- Ability to stand throughout the shift and lift up to 40 pounds
- Occasional weekend availability
Previous food production, packaging, assembly, warehouse, restaurant, or kitchen experience is helpful but not required. Training is provided.
