Pay Rate: $8.00/hr + tips + company paid benefits
The primary objective of the Bartender is to prepare beverages and provide service in a friendly, courteous, timely manner resulting in guest satisfaction.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. - Minimum of high school graduate or equivalent
- Use of computer system and/or Point of Sale operations
- Experience in casino, bar, or restaurant environment
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply, & divide in all units of measure
- Ability to follow instruction and perform assigned tasks with limited supervision
- Must be able to effectively work alone and/or with other team members in a team environment
- Ability to compose grammatically correct documents
- Ability to verbally communicate using appropriate English standards of language
- Ability to have a flexible schedule to provide for Casino requirements
- Ability to maintain a professional demeanor in a high stress/profile environment
