Our new chef-owner, Jason Stanhope, loves simply prepared fresh, local ingredients, and executing Fish Camp staples well.
We offer daily staff meal, PTO after a year of full-time (30 hours) work, and flexible scheduling if you're willing to be flexible too.
Our favorite thing is teaching passionate, inquisitive people about this work we love so much.
Requirements
- Flexible schedule - minimum of 4 shifts, with both lunch and dinner availability
- Weekend availability
- Willingness to learn
- Positive attitude
- Previous serving experience - preferably high volume for 2 years minimum.
- Basic beer, wine, liquor knowledge is required. Moderate to storng knowledge preferred.
