This is an outside sales position with no cold calling. Appointments are set for our sales representatives who utilize their training and selling skills to maximize their sales potential.
A $1,000 weekly draw against commission will be provided with income expectations of $70,000 - $90,000 per year. A company car, gas card, cell phone and laptop are provided upon training completion.
Salary and Benefits:

Primary Responsibilities
- Residential & Commercial fence estimation and sales
- Present and sell the features and benefits of Superior Fence & Rail products
- Continually prospect for new customers through networking, referrals, and effective follow-up
- Manage jobs sold through continued customer communication
Minimum Requirements:
- Prior Outside Sales experience preferred
- In-Home Sales experience preferred
- Individuals with Fence or Lumber Industry Knowledge preferred
- Results oriented
- Excellent interpersonal, presentation, listening and communication skills
- Polished and professional demeanor and strong work ethic
- Ability to treat customers and co-workers with respect
- Maintain a high level of integrity
- Exceedingly positive attitude
- College degree preferred
- Pass background check
- Pass drug screen
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
- Basic computer skills and proficiency
