Current Openings:
Real Estate Paralegal
Salary: $65,000-$90,000 (depending on experience)
Ideal candidates will have experience supporting commercial and/or residential real estate transactions and working closely with attorneys throughout the transaction process.
Responsibilities:
- Support real estate transactions from contract through closing.
- Review title commitments, surveys, and related documents; prepare title objections and responses.
- Draft and organize deeds, mortgages, promissory notes, UCC filings, closing documents, and other transactional documents.
- Coordinate closings with clients, lenders, title companies, and other parties.
- Assist with business entity formation, corporate records, and transactional documentation.
- Maintain organized case files and document management systems.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of real estate paralegal experience.
- Experience with title review, escrow, and closing processes.
- Previous experience with a law firm, title company, or escrow office preferred.
- Strong organizational, communication, and document drafting skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and legal document management software.
- Paralegal certification is a plus.
Litigation Paralegal
Salary: $65,000-$75,000 (depending on experience)
We're also recruiting experienced Litigation Paralegals to support attorneys through all phases of civil litigation in a variety of practice areas.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare, review, and file pleadings, motions, discovery, subpoenas, and other legal documents.
- Manage court deadlines, attorney calendars, and case files.
- Coordinate depositions, mediations, hearings, and trial preparation.
- Organize discovery, exhibits, and trial materials.
- Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, courts, and expert witnesses.
- Assist attorneys from case inception through trial.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of litigation paralegal experience.
- Experience with state and/or federal court filings.
- Knowledge of litigation procedures, discovery, and trial preparation.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
- Experience with legal case management software preferred.
- Paralegal certification is a plus.
Pay: $65,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
