Role: Electrical Technician

The Electrical Technician is responsible for installing, troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining electrical systems and components across company equipment and vehicles. This role ensures the reliability, safety, and optimal performance of electrical assemblies, wiring, control systems, and electronic modules.
Duties and responsibilities:
- Troubleshooting and Problem Solving:
- Use diagnostic tools to isolate faults.
- Developing innovative solutions to complex problems.
- Collaborating with team members to resolve issues efficiently.
- The ability to troubleshoot issues and solve problems independently is often crucial for this role. This might involve diagnosing technical problems, interpreting data, and implementing solutions.
- Equipment Maintenance and Repair:
- Repair or replace faulty wiring, sensors, motors, and more. Implementing preventive measures to minimize downtime.
- Quality Assurance and Testing:
- Conducting thorough testing procedures to ensure component functionality.
- Analyzing test results and identifying areas for improvement.
- Implementing quality control measures to maintain high standards.
- Documentation and Reporting:
- Maintaining accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs.
- Generating reports on equipment performance and issues encountered.
- Providing recommendations for process improvement based on data analysis.
- Training and Knowledge Sharing:
- Training new technicians on equipment operation and maintenance procedures.
- Sharing expertise and best practices with team members.
- Safety Compliance:
- Adhering to safety protocols and regulations in all work activities.
- Conducting risk assessments and implementing safety measures.
- Promoting a culture of safety awareness among team members.
Pay: $25.00 - $27.00 per hour
