Job Summary:
Care Connect at Home, a family-owned home care agency, is seeking reliable and compassionate HHAs or CNAs to join our team in Delray Beach, FL. We provide personalized home care services that help seniors and adults with disabilities live with dignity and independence in the comfort of their own home. As a HHA/CNA with Care Connect at Home, you'll have flexible shifts that fit your availability and choose the hours that work best for you.
Responsibilities:
- Assist clients with personal care (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting)
- Help with mobility, transfers, and safe ambulation
- Provide companionship and emotional support
- Prepare meals and assist with feeding
- Perform light housekeeping duties (laundry, tidying, dishes)
- Follow personalized care plans
- Report any changes in client condition to our team
Requirements:
- Florida HHA certificate or CNA license
- CPR certification
- Current TB test
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Hoyer Lift Experience*
- Ability to pass a Level II background check
- Dependable, compassionate, and professional
