Archadeck Outdoor Living is seeking an experienced Outdoor Living Designer & Sales Consultant to help homeowners transform their outdoor spaces.
This position combines creative design with consultative sales. You'll meet with homeowners, understand their vision and budget, develop custom outdoor living solutions, present proposals, and guide clients from the initial consultation through a signed project.
We're looking for someone with a strong design background, excellent people skills, and the confidence to sell their ideas.
What You'll Do
· Meet with homeowners for on-site design consultations.
· Design custom decks, porches, patios, pergolas, outdoor kitchens, and other outdoor living spaces.
· Create drawings and presentations that help clients visualize their projects.
· Recommend layouts, materials, features, and design solutions.
· Prepare and present project proposals.
· Discuss budgets and confidently guide clients through purchasing decisions.
· Manage leads, follow up consistently, and maintain an organized sales pipeline.
· Work toward established sales and closing goals.
· Coordinate with our production team to transition sold projects into construction.
What We're Looking For
A professional design background is required.
Ideal candidates may have experience in:
· Architecture or residential design
· Landscape design
· Construction experience
· Interior design
· Outdoor living design
· Kitchen & bath design
· Residential remodeling
· Drafting/CAD
Qualifications
· Professional design experience with strong visual and spatial skills.
· Experience working directly with homeowners or clients.
· Excellent communication and presentation skills.
· Ability to translate a client's vision into an attractive, functional design.
· Comfortable discussing project budgets and closing sales.
· Strong organization, follow-through, and attention to detail.
· CAD, 3D design, or similar software experience preferred.
· Residential construction/remodeling knowledge is a plus.
· Valid driver's license and ability to travel to client homes.
