Job Summary/Essential Job Functions
Chick-fil-A Shift Supervisors seek to provide guests with a remarkable experience every day by working as a team to give each guest an expeditious and high-quality personalized experience. The Shift Supervisor also treats those they work with, as well as guests, with honor, dignity, and respect. The Shift Supervisor serves the Chick-fil-A ® brand by directing Team Members to execute Operational Excellence daily and to bring the Chick-fil-A ® culture to the community through personal and intentional acts of service.
Duties and Responsibilities:

Prepare setups, positioning of team members and running breaks.

Answer phone calls.

Lead by example and uphold all standards and expectations set forth by Chick-fil-A ®, Inc. and Chick-fil-A ® of Port Charlotte.

Provide REMARKable service in all areas including, but not limited to, team performance management, 2nd mile service, operational excellence and operational efficiency.

Takes responsibility for the outcomes of decisions.

Upholds ethical and Chick-fil-A ® standards.

Proactively assesses needs and responds in a timely manner.

Handle guest complaints.

Cash Management (Counting tills, finalizing daily sales, and depositing money).

Place and prepare catering orders when necessary.

Ensure ALL team members are in compliance with required local, state and Chick-fil-A ® safety measures.

Ensure ALL team members are in compliance with Chick-fil-A ® quality standards.

Address and correct unsatisfactory behavior.

Communicates tasks and objectives clearly and efficiently.

Pre-Requisites
-
Must have work experience for a minimum of: 6 months with prior relevant work experience (to be determined by Supervisor of Operations) OR 8 months without prior relevant work experience.

Proficiency in all areas/responsibilities of Front Counter.

Must be able to train.
-
Must be available to work an average minimum of 32-35 hours a week.

Must be available to work on Friday and Saturday.

Must have open AND close availability.
