We are seeking a knowledgeable and customer-oriented Marijuana Budtender to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, educating customers about our products, and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere in our dispensary. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, retail experience, and a passion for the cannabis industry.

Duties
- Assist customers in selecting cannabis products based on their needs and preferences.
- Provide product demonstrations and educate customers about various strains, consumption methods, and effects.
- Maintain an organized and visually appealing display of products through effective merchandising techniques.
- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently using POS systems.
- Stock shelves with new inventory and ensure that all products are properly labeled and displayed.
- Upsell products by understanding customer needs and recommending complementary items.
- Supervise junior staff members to ensure compliance with company policies and provide training as needed.
- Address customer inquiries and concerns with professionalism and courtesy, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette.
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment in accordance with health regulations.

Qualifications
- Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is required; experience in a grocery store setting is a plus.
- Familiarity with POS systems and cash handling procedures.
- Basic math skills for accurate transaction processing and inventory management.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written; bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Experience with supervising staff or leading teams is preferred.
