Daily Tasks and Support
- Fix hardware and software problems for staff and students.
- Set up new computers, tablets, and smart boards.
- Reset passwords and manage user accounts in the school system.
- Answer tech help requests quickly during the school day.
Network and Security
- Keep the school internet and Wi-Fi safe and working well.
- Make regular backups of important school data.
- Block unsafe websites to keep students safe online.
- Install updates on all school devices.
Skills and Qualifications
- Know how to use Windows, Mac, and Chromebook systems.
- Understand basic school network setups and Wi-Fi.
- Have good patience and communication skills for working with teachers and children.
- Hold a high school diploma or a college degree in a tech field.
