Job Summary
Heavenly Helpers Home Health Services is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Nursing Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide essential support to patients in their homes. You will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality patient care, assisting with daily living activities, and ensuring the comfort and well-being of those you serve.
Duties
- Assist patients with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and eating.
- Monitor and record vital signs
- Provide encouragement in taking medications.
- Assist with mobility needs using equipment such as Hoyer lifts or wheelchairs.
- Light housekeeping
- Document patient care/ activities daily.
- Meal Preparation
- Run Errands
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations regarding patient confidentiality.
Experience
Candidates should possess experience in one or more of the following areas:
- Long-term care or assisted living experience
- Hospital experience
- Home Health experience
- Experience in geriatrics
