RESPONSIBILITIES
Project Oversight: Ensure that projects adhere to established timelines, budgets, and quality standards. Serve as the primary point of contact between field staff and project manager, facilitating clear communication and reporting on progress and challenges.
Quality and Safety Monitoring: Conduct regular site visits to monitor work quality, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions as needed. Ensure compliance with safety protocols, protecting the interests of both the project and the workers involved.
Training and Mentoring: Train and mentor field personnel, promoting best practices, and ensuring compliance with operational guidelines.
Reporting/Scheduling: Prepare detailed reports on project status, and prepare & maintain field schedules via the Material Delivery Schedule in Trello/Planyway to ensure smooth execution of installation tasks via ClickUp.
Education: AT LEAST 3 YEARS OF EXPERIENCE IN PROJECT MANAGEMENT, PROJECT COORDINATION, OR CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT.
Communication Skills: Strong communication skills are essential for effectively coordinating between various teams and stakeholders.
Problem-Solving Abilities: Must be adept at resolving on-site operational challenges and conflicts among team members or with local communities.
Time Management: Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively is crucial in this role.
Work Environment
Split time between an office setting (70%) and job sites (30%).

Pay: $27.00 - $30.00 per hour
