We are seeking experienced Foremen, Leads, and Laborers to join our team in constructing Electric Vehicle (EV) charging stations across California. If you have civil construction experience and a strong work ethic, this is your opportunity to grow with a leading contractor in a high-demand industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Trenching and excavation for underground conduit installation
- Electrical support work for EV charging infrastructure
- Concrete form, pour, and finish work
- Operation of construction equipment (e.g., excavators, jumping jacks, skid steers)
- Adherence to safety procedures and job site protocols
- Assist in the coordination of crews and daily tasks (Foreman & Lead roles)
Requirements:
- Civil construction experience is required
- OSHA 10 Construction Certification is required
- Must be willing to travel and work out of town
- Must be able to perform physical labor in all weather conditions
- EV installation experience is a plus
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Ability to follow instructions and safety protocols
