Pay: $15.00–$20.00 per hour, plus gratuities — Full-time Leads earn $36,000–$40,000+ per year
Overview
Immediate opening at our residential cleaning company for someone who enjoys organizing, cleaning, and connecting with clients. No experience necessary — we provide full paid training starting at $15/hour plus gratuities, with a clear path to advance:
- Training: $15.00/hour + gratuities
- Cleaning Assistant: $16.00–$17.00/hour + gratuities
- Team Lead: $18.00–$20.00/hour + gratuities — $36,000–$40,000+ annually for full-time Leads, plus a daily driver per diem of $16–$20
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:30 a.m.–5:00 p.m.

Responsibilities
- Clean and disinfect homes to a consistent, high-quality standard — the kind of care you'd bring to your own home
- Light organizing and bed-making to give each home a finished, personal touch
- Keep a steady, efficient pace across scheduled visits
- Communicate clearly with your team lead about client needs or concerns
Requirements
- Passion for creating clean, welcoming spaces
- Able to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced setting
- Physical stamina for standing, bending, lifting, and being on your feet for extended periods
- Willingness to learn — we provide full training, no experience required
