Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) / Licensed Behavior Specialist (LBS)

We're hiring Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) and Licensed Behavior Specialists (LBSs) to support children with Intensive Behavioral Health Services (IBHS).

Schedule: Full-time or part-time hours based on candidate preference and client availability
Caseload: Ages 2-21

Responsibilities:
- Maintain the connection with client families
- Complete skills and behavior assessments
- Complete and implement individual treatment plans
- Supervising and conducting hands-on training for Behavior Technicians
- Collaborate with therapies and other service providers
- Complete documentation required for insurance authorizations and billing
Requirements:
- BCBA Certification is highly preferred
- PA LBS and a minimum of 12 credits of ABA coursework
- IBHS experience preferred
- Active clearances
