Job Summary:
We are looking for a reliable, hardworking, and courteous Service Porter to join our bustling service department. You will play a key role in ensuring a smooth and pleasant customer experience. You will keep our service area spotless, and assist technicians in preparing vehicles for delivery. You will be responsible for maintaining the grounds and shop maintenance
Essential Duties:
- Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Move and park customer vehicles securely in designated areas.
- Clean, wash, and vacuum customer vehicles after maintenance is completed.
- Keep the service drive and parking lot clean, orderly, and free of debris.
- Perform basic inspections (tire pressure, fluids) and install protective coverings.
- Assist service advisors and technicians as needed.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean, insurable driving record (required).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
- Strong verbal communication skills.
- Physically able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
