Job Overview
We are seeking an energetic and motivated Branch Manager to oversee daily operations, drive sales, and ensure exceptional customer service at our Jones Creek location. In this role, you will lead a diverse team, complete daily tasks, and implement strategic initiatives to foster growth and operational excellence.
Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise the branch, ensuring smooth daily operations and adherence to company policies.
- Help lead new team members, fostering a positive employee experience.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed targets while maintaining excellent customer service standards
- Oversee tellers and Head Teller
- Maintain effective communication with team members through regular meetings, performance reviews, and coaching to promote a motivated work environment.
- Handle incoming mail and night depository items
- Collect safe deposit rental fees
- Stop payment orders
- Assist with answering the phone
- Assist with opening checking and savings accounts
- Assist customers with safe deposit box entry and exit
- Assist in balancing vault
- Assist in counting money shipments
- Assist in ordering checks
- Verifying that all applicable consumer regulations are complied within the process of performing assigned duties
Requirements
- Management experience in banking environments with supervising responsibilities.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask
- Demonstrated leadership qualities with assistant manager or supervisory experience preferred.
- Exceptional communication skills paired with time management expertise to lead teams effectively.
- Knowledge of banking products
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and maintain high standards of customer service.

Pay: $53,540.56 - $64,478.95 per year
