Work in a challenging environment as a positive and productive member of an educational team to maximize student learning and health outcomes. Develop and/or implement Individual Health Care Plans (IHCPs), maintain health data collection electronically and employ research-based best practice strategies to demonstrate student progress and adjust student goals. Develop positive relationships with students, families, as well as internal and external community partners. Work collaboratively with expert consultants to identify and/or develop effective support systems for students and families.
Ability to recognize and appropriately respond to student health and educational needs within an educational setting. Ability to work fluidly across educational models, remotely, hybrid, and in-person. Participate in Deeper Learning professional development opportunities and apply knowledge of deep learning pedagogies in daily practices. Willingness to participate in Collaborative Problem Solving training and implementation Accompany student and provide nursing care as ordered during periods of transport to and from school.
