We are a disaster restoration franchise. We are looking for leading candidates to fill our water and fire technician roles.
Services we provide include: water damage mitigation, fire restoration, demolition, carpet and tile cleaning in residents and some commercial settings.

The Position:We’re looking for a Restoration Technician. This position is for residential and commercial fire and water clean-up and restoration. Job assignments include but are not limited to specialty mitigation services, light demolition, water extraction, carpet and upholstery cleaning, mold abatement, vandalism clean-up, fire and smoke damage mitigation, content move-outs and pack ins, and content cleaning.
The pay range we’re offering is $18-$20 that is negotiable based on experience.
($250 signing bonus for the month of May, Come join our team )
Our lead technicians our averaging $25.00-35 per hour (includes a closed job bonus)

Requirements:
- Must have Good communication skills.
- Valid Drivers License (not required)
- Reliable transportation
- Previous restoration experience is a plus.
- Able to move and/or lift 50+ lbs.
- Pass background check
Responsibilities:
- Work at residential and commercial sites (transportation included)
- Execute all work to meet or exceed applicable federal, state and local regulations and company and customer quality standards while providing world-class customer service.
- Keep a clean and neat job site at all times leaving a first-class impression of our work.
- Become proficient in fire and water restoration, as well as mold abatement.
- Respond to water jobs and initiate water mitigation according to IICRC and ServiceMaster standards.
- Establish and maintain a schedule to ensure all services are delivered in a timely fashion, above the line, professionally and with empathy including participation in “On-Call rotation” which involves
Experience is helpful but not necessary. We have on going training and classes for certification. Needs to be a good communicator and good with your hands, smart phone knowledge. $18-20 per hour + profit sharing

Pay: $29.18 - $30.47 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
