Headquarter Toyota is seeking motivated Entry-Level Automotive Technicians (Express Lube Technicians) to join our service team. Responsibilities
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Perform routine maintenance services, including oil changes, fluid checks, tire rotations, and filter replacements.
- Conduct basic vehicle inspections and identify potential maintenance or safety concerns.
- Complete services efficiently and accurately in accordance with manufacturer and dealership standards.
- Communicate inspection findings clearly to Service Advisors to support recommended maintenance and repairs.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area while following all dealership safety policies and procedures.
- Participate in ongoing training to stay current on automotive technologies and service procedures.
- Work collaboratively with technicians and other team members to meet customer satisfaction and departmental goals.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Successful candidates will demonstrate a strong work ethic, dependability, and a willingness to learn. Previous automotive experience is helpful but not required.
Qualifications include:
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Previous dealership or automotive service experience preferred, but not required.
- Ability to safely operate shop equipment; training will be provided as needed.
- Must provide and maintain a basic set of technician tools.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
- Excellent teamwork, reliability, and customer service skills.
- Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as business needs require.
- Ability to comply with the company's appearance and uniform standards.
