Prep Cook/Event Chef

We are seeking a talented chef who cooks with love. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food, strong attention to detail, and a deep respect for our industry. We are looking for someone who takes initiative, loves to make people smile, and puts 110% into everything they do.
REPORTS TO:
Executive Sous Chef
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
- Execute food preparation tasks according to set recipes and guidelines
- Assist in maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment
- Adhere to food safety standards and regulations at all times
- Assist in garde manger food prep for catering events
- Assist in inventory management and stock rotation
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure smooth kitchen operations
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Handle knives and kitchen equipment with care and precision
- Prior experience in a catering or restaurant setting is preferred -
- Knowledge of food safety practices and procedures
- Familiarity with food handling and preparation techniques
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Team player attitude with a willingness to help wherever needed
- Culinary background is a plus
