Job Summary
Age of Empire Inc is seeking an experienced and motivated Construction Superintendent to oversee commercial and residential construction projects from start to finish. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing field operations, coordinating subcontractors, ensuring safety compliance, maintaining project schedules, and delivering high-quality results on time and within budget.
Responsibilities
- Supervise all on-site construction activities.
- Coordinate and manage subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers.
- Monitor project schedules and ensure milestones are achieved.
- Conduct daily site inspections to ensure quality control and safety compliance.
- Review plans, specifications, and project documents.
- Communicate project progress with project managers, clients, and stakeholders.
- Resolve field issues and coordinate solutions efficiently.
- Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and company safety policies.
- Manage material deliveries and site logistics.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Construction Superintendent.
- Experience managing commercial construction projects such as high rise condominiums.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, building codes, and safety regulations.
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Proficient with E-Mail correspondence.
- Valid driver's license and no traffic citations within the past 3 years.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a must.
