No two days are exactly the same-and that's what makes this role rewarding. As the first point of contact for our customers, you'll provide a calm, friendly, and professional experience during what can often be a stressful situation.
Your responsibilities will include:

Answering inbound customer calls

Scheduling service appointments

Dispatching and assisting technicians throughout the day

Typing, filing, sorting, printing, and mailing documents

Maintaining accurate customer information

Supporting the Office Manager and assisting with daily office operations
