We provide remanufacturing services to a broad range of markets and are seeking qualified applicants to fulfill the position of mechanic. In this role, individuals will be trained to rebuild a range of products in support of the following industries, including:
a) Aerospace
b) Analytical Instrumentation
c) Automotive
d) Electronics
e) Energy
f) Food and Beverage
g) Industrial leak checking
h) Medical
i) Metallurgical
j) Pharmaceutical/Chemical
k) R&D
l) Semiconductor
m) Specialty Gas Manufacturing
n) Vacuum Coating
Scope of Duties:
1) Follow all company Safety and ISO Quality Management System requirements.
2) Maintain punctual attendance and on time arrival.
3) Receive training on specialized pieces of vacuum equipment including procedures and practices for disassembly, cleaning, precision assembly and testing.
4) After training is completed and competency is confirmed, perform remanufacturing of specialized pieces of vacuum equipment following procedures and best practices.
5) Completion of required documentation
6) Maintain confidentiality of all rebuild procedures and company information.
7) Maintenance of work area

Work Experience/Skills Requirements
1) Must possess good mechanical ability.
2) Good communication skills
3) Must own basic hand tools including:
a. Metric and standard wrenches (up to 20mm)
b. Metric and standard allen wrenches (allen sockets 4mm to 10mm)
c. Screwdrivers, nut drivers, pick set, dikes, pliers, scraper, ring pliers.
d. Die grinder, punch & chisel set, screw extractor set, puller kit.
e. ½ inch impact gun, adjustable wrenches, tabs and extractor set
f. Ball peen and dead blow hammer
g. Metric and standard sockets (ratchet)
h. Torqui wrench, feeler gauges
i. 0-1” micrometer, 0-6” calipers
j. Files, pipe wrench, channel locks
k. Chest box on wheels
