**This is not a full-time job. We typically do 20 hours a week, but that can vary up or down depending on the season. Saturday availability is a must! most weeks will be building 2 to 3 days during the week, typically between 8am-5pm, and installing on Saturday. The schedule and work days will vary from week to week based on workload. Please do not apply if you need a full-time 40-hour job.**
We need a team member with an artistic eye to assist in building and delivering/installing custom balloon decor arrangements. We will provide all training, you'll be working with our existing team to learn and assist on builds, with the goal being to become proficient enough to work self sufficiently in keeping the shop organized, pulling jobs, building products, and delivering based on the description and instructions provided. *Must be able to think on your feet and come up with creative solutions, some jobs are a team effort, some are solo installs.

for examples of what we do. This is a part-time 1099 position. We will work with your schedule as much as possible, however you must be dependable and show up on the days and times agreed upon. Hours will average 20 hours per week, with more possible during special events or during holidays.
We're looking for someone who doesn't bring drama. Must work well with and be respectful of others. Must be cool (again, no drama). This isn't a typical job, we need people that want to work hard and have fun as well. Delivery/installs will entail driving one of the extra tall balloon vans, being friendly and professional with the customers, and setting up the decor as directed. Must be in good physical condition, able to use a ladder, carry weights (up to 45 lbs), climb multiple stairs, work in high spaces, and think on your feet. Flexibility is key, if you can keep your chill and get the job done that's all we ask.
