Job Summary:
The sales advisor delivers an outstanding and well-rounded sales and service experience to all guests and members through a compelling approach of offering studio memberships and retail products and services. The Sales associate builds relationships and translates the mission of SWTHZ through its product and service offerings. They will have a strong focus on behaviors that drive member acquisition and retention. Adhering to a high cleanliness standard for the studio.

We focus on delivering an elevated client experience while driving strong membership growth.Position OverviewWe are seeking a sales-focused Sales Associate who is motivated by achieving goals and delivering a high-quality client experience. This role includes membership sales, client engagement, and studio operations, including maintaining a clean and organized environment.This is a non-exempt, hourly position eligible for commission based on performance.Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Membership Growth

Promote and sell memberships, service packages, and add-ons

Guide prospective clients through the sales process, including studio tours

Follow up with leads and maintain client relationships

Work toward individual and team sales goals
Client Experience

Provide a welcoming and professional experience for all clients

Educate clients on services and benefits

Respond to client questions and concerns in a timely manner
Studio Operations & Cleanliness

Clean and reset (“flip”) rooms between client sessions

Maintain cleanliness and organization of all studio areas

Follow company sanitation and safety procedures
Qualifications

Prior sales or customer service experience preferred

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Reliable, detail-oriented, and team-focused

Interest in health, wellness, or fitness is a plus

High School Diploma or GED
