JOB SUMMARY:
Performs full-range of customer service functions for the Supply Dept. Assist with incoming calls and emails from customers & sales regarding supply orders, questions, returns etc.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Respond to incoming calls, emails, & notifications regarding supplies & service
Process supply orders and returns
Analyze customer usage trends
Daily Printing and mailing of supply invoices
Process service calls
Reconcile Daily Deliveries
Maintain Equipment Fleet in Consumable Monitoring Software Platforms
Data Entry, Analysis, & Reporting
Solicit & develop new and existing supply customers to increase department sales.
RELATIONSHIPS:
Reports to: Director of Finance
Works with: Customers; LBP Customer Service Department staff; Inventory and Purchasing Staff, and all other LBP Departments that interact with the Supply Department.

NEEDED SKILLS AND EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS:
High school degree with some college preferred.
Minimum of two years experience in an administrative/customer service capacity.
Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing.
Word-processing and spreadsheet skills.
