Job Summary
The Clinic Supervisor oversees and supports clinical and front-office staff while coordinating daily clinic operations. Responsibilities include staff training and supervision, patient and phone reception, electronic medical records, accounts and cash processing, provider scheduling, and workflow coordination. The Clinic Supervisor ensures efficient operations, quality patient care, regulatory compliance, and customer satisfaction.
Required Work Experience:
Prior 4+ years of healthcare clinic/outpatient experience – non supervisorial and 4 to 7 years of supervisorial experience.

A qualified candidate will have the following KSA's:
· Education and Experience: High School Diploma or GED with 1–2 years of relevant work experience; medical office experience preferred.
· Technical Proficiency: Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; electronic medical record (EMR) systems; and standard office technology.
· Healthcare Knowledge: Knowledge of medical office operations, administrative procedures, healthcare practices, patient registration, scheduling, check-in/check-out, billing, collections, insurance processes, and medical terminology.
· Regulatory and Policy Knowledge: Knowledge of applicable healthcare regulations, organizational policies and procedures, compliance requirements, records management, and confidentiality standards.
· Leadership and Staff Development: Strong ability to lead, motivate, coach, mentor, and develop employees; establish clear expectations and performance standards; provide constructive feedback; and promote accountability and continuous improvement.
· Communication: Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills, including the ability to communicate professionally with patients, providers, employees, leadership, vendors, and other stakeholders.
· Patient Service: Strong customer service and relationship-building skills, with professionalism, empathy, tact, diplomacy, and a commitment to patient-centered service.
· Teamwork and Emotional Intelligence: Ability to build effective working relationships, promote collaboration, maintain a positive work environment, and demonstrate sound emotional intelligence.
· Organization and Time Management: Strong organizational, time-management, prioritization, and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.

· Travel: Ability to travel between satellite offices as required.
