Responsibilities - What you’ll do
What you’ll do:
- Workflow Modernization - streamline manual and redundant administrative tasks
- Solution Integration - configure and deploy enterprise software to serve departmental needs
- Internal development - design and maintain lightweight in-house applications, scripts, or low-code/no-code solutions to fill gaps
- Problem Solving - Act as a high-level technical consultant for various programs, diagnosing bottlenecks and prescribing technical remedies
- Training and Adoption - Create documentation and provide hands-on guidance to ensure staff can confidently use new tools

Minimum Qualifications:
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Data Science, Public Health, Business, or related field (Master’s preferred).
- Senior-level leadership experience in digital transformation, strategic process engineering, and workflow modernization to mitigate long-term technical debt.
- Deep technical proficiency in managing complex enterprise software ecosystems (such as M365/Power Platform, SmartSheet, or Tableau) and building system integrations using APIs, automation tools, and custom scripting.
- Strong systems thinking, requirement gathering capabilities, and change management skills to coach teams through digital transitions and lower administrative barriers.
