- Greet customers, verify appointments and additional needs.
- Prepare repair orders showing customers concern or maintenance needs.
- Close repair orders, explain charges to customer and answer customer questions.
- Schedule service appointments either by phone or in person.
- Complete customer appointments with payments on services.
- Contact customers throughout day with notifications on services being performed, answer questions on customer vehicles and advise of charges of repairs being performed.
- Verify repairs completed, inspect customer vehicle for cleanliness before returning to customer and lock vehicle. Notify customers of completed repairs and services.
- Participate in training provided for certifications and knowledge for better productivity of job.
- Assure any vehicles left at dealership at end of day are locked, customer notified and ready for pick up.
Service Advisors are the beginning of every customer experience at our dealership. We are seeking individuals that are outgoing, friendly and able to interact with the public. Prior mechanical knowledge is a definite plus, but not required for the right individual, and training is available and expected. Current drivers license is a requirement.
