Great inside/outside work environment in your new & improved local car wash.
You will be expected to run front of house duties such as greeting customers, running the point of sale system, prep washing cars to go through the tunnel and back of house duties such as maintaining cleanliness of the property, exterior self wash bays, interior tunnel and more.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and assist with their vehicle wash
- Operate car wash equipment safely and efficiently, including automated systems and hand-washing stations
- Maintain cleanliness of the work area, ensuring all tools and supplies are organized at all times
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing questions or concerns promptly and professionally
- Assist with additional custodial duties such as trash removal, floor cleaning, bay washing, and other janitorial tasks as needed
Requirements
- Prior experience in customer service or custodial work is preferred but not required; training will be provided
- Ability to operate cleaning equipment safely and follow safety protocols diligently
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality results
- Good communication skills to interact effectively with customers and team members
- *Most Important Physical stamina to stand for extended periods, bend, lift moderate loads, and perform repetitive cleaning tasks
