Parlor Doughnuts is a craft doughnut and coffee shop offering an array of unique items, including our original layered doughnuts; vegan, gluten-friendly, and keto-friendly products; artisanal breakfasts; and specialty coffee. We even have dog doughnuts!
What does this position do? In a nutshell:
Prepares a quick and tasty drink and provide exceptional customer service. Baristas provide customers with education on specialty coffees, crafted soda and refreshers and answer any questions the customer may have. Ensure that all coffee and other drinks meet or exceed the Parlor standard.
Duties & Responsibilities
Prepare the highest quality cup of coffee, ensuring drip coffee is hot & fresh
Maintain a relational aspect with customers while making quick delivery of all drinks
Must complete all required tasks, per Barista checklists
Must maintain a clean work area
Maintain approved Parlor playlist (music), ensuring it is on & at appropriate volume
Must keep all needed supplies stocked at all times
Help Front of House with customers when needed

Education and Experience:
Practical experience in various food service positions
Previous training preferred
Working knowledge of coffee preferred but, if not, willing to learn
