The Role
As a My Gym Instructor, you’ll lead fun, high-energy classes for toddlers with their parents and independent classes for older children. You’ll help kids build coordination, confidence, strength, and social skills—all while keeping classes safe, engaging, and positive.
You’ll Be Responsible For
- Leading and assisting age-appropriate gymnastics & fitness classes
- Creating a fun, energetic, and welcoming environment
- Keeping kids safe while they learn and play
- Building positive relationships with children and families
- Growing your skills in teaching, leadership, sales, and team training
We’re Looking For
Someone energetic, dependable, positive, and great with kids! Experience in gymnastics, dance, sports, fitness, martial arts, kinesiology, or early childhood education is a plus—but we’ll train the right person!

Pay: $15.00 - $19.00 per hour
