$75,000 - $155,000 at plan yearly
Responsibilities:-
Drive sales growth by leveraging our cutting-edge internet lead generation system to connect with potential clients.

Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded.

Conduct property showings and provide expert guidance to clients throughout the buying or selling process.

Collaborate with our In-House Closing Coordinator to ensure seamless and efficient transaction processes.

Participate in monthly Boot Camp trainings and weekly motivation meetings to continuously enhance your skills and knowledge.

Utilize personalized coaching sessions to refine your sales strategies and achieve your career goals.

Stay informed about local real estate market trends and developments to provide clients with up-to-date information and advice.
Qualifications:-
Must have NC Real Estate License (SC Real Estate License a HUGE plus!)

Experience in real estate sales, with a proven track record of closing deals and exceeding sales targets.
