We are seeking a dependable and hardworking Warehouse Worker to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for receiving, storing, organizing, and shipping products while maintaining a safe, clean, and efficient warehouse environment. This role requires attention to detail, the ability to work independently and as part of a team, and a commitment to meeting productivity and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Receive, inspect, and unload incoming shipments.
- Accurately pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment.
- Load and unload trucks using manual labor or warehouse equipment.
- Organize and maintain inventory in designated storage areas.
- Perform inventory counts and assist with stock replenishment.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts (if certified).
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Follow company safety policies and procedures at all times.
- Report damaged products, equipment issues, or inventory discrepancies.
- Assist with other warehouse duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous warehouse or distribution experience is an asset but not required.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds regularly.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform repetitive tasks for extended periods.
- Basic math and organizational skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Reliable attendance and a positive work ethic.
- Forklift certification is a plus but not required.
Working Conditions:
- Indoor warehouse environment.
- May require working evenings, weekends, or overtime based on business needs.
- Exposure to varying temperatures depending on warehouse conditions
Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
