What You’ll Be Doing
- Assist with NDT inspections (RT, UT, MT, PT, visual)
- Help set up and operate testing equipment
- Support calibration and prep of tools
- Assist in identifying defects in materials
- Drive company vehicles to job sites
- Follow instructions from Lead Technicians
- Maintain equipment and keep work areas clean

What You Need
- High school diploma or GED
- Valid driver’s license (must be insurable)
- Ability to pass drug screenings
- Basic mechanical understanding
Nice to Have:
- Previous industrial, construction, or field experience
- State card (preferred, not required)
What to Expect
- Industrial job sites and outdoor work
- Long shifts (up to 16 hours) and call-outs
- Travel and extended stays on job sites
- Lifting, climbing, confined spaces, and physical work
- Exposure to weather, heights, and industrial hazards
- PPE required at all times
