What We Are Looking For:
- Strong clinical, leadership, and management skills; good interpersonal and interdisciplinary relationships; high level of initiative and creative problems-solving ability.
- Two years of recent clinical experience in a health care setting, geriatric setting preferred, one year supervisory or management experience.
- An active RN License within the state of Florida.
- Recent clinical experience, preferably in a geriatric setting.
What You Will Cover:
- Managing and supervising staff on assigned shift. (ie. Participating in the orientation of new employees)
- Participates in the management of resident care
- Demonstrates appropriate and safe work practices and behaviors.
- Explaining and interpreting resident care issues to families, residents and staff.
- Identify changes in residents status and intervenes based clinical judgment as well as MD orders.
Position Status: Full-Time
Hours/Shifts: 3PM -11PM Shifts and PRN Shifts Available
