Position Summary:
TruBlue Home Services Ally of North Wilmington is looking for an experienced Painter / Drywall Technician to provide high-quality painting and drywall repair services for residential and light commercial clients. The ideal candidate is dependable, detail-oriented, and committed to excellence.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Execute interior and exterior painting projects
- Perform surface preparation including sanding, patching, and priming
- Apply paint using brushes, rollers, and spray equipment
- Complete drywall repairs and finishing
- Maintain job site cleanliness and safety
- Deliver excellent customer service
- Follow company procedures and timelines
Required Qualifications
- Painting experience required
- Reliable transportation (must have own vehicle)
- Ability to pass a background check
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail
Preferred Qualifications
- Spray painting experience
- Drywall repair experience
- Experience in residential services
Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift 50 lbs
- Ability to climb ladders and work in various positions
Work Environment
- Field-based role working in residential and light commercial environments
