Imaflex USA, Inc. is looking for an experienced blown film extrusion operator to join our team and be a part of our growth and success!
1. Basic reading and writing skills.
2. Ability to learn and understand QC tests, procedures, and product and client specifications.
3. Ability to successfully operate a forklift and perform all roll handling and packaging procedures.
4. Ability to understand and follow all Quality and Safety guidelines.
1. Perform all assigned tasks adhering to all IMAFLEX, USA safe work procedures.
2. Check product quality on all setups.
3. Load all resin and additive components.
4. Off-load and properly store components not in use.
5. Perform assisted setups.
6. Complete purges.
7. Assist with the cleaning of the treater and nip rolls.
8. Must be able to read and understand the Work Order(s) assigned.
9. Must be able to document all required information on to Work Orders and into the software system.
10. Keep work area clean and organized.
11. Remove finish rolls from winders.
